What this means for you
If you're an existing member, you're fully covered. Here's exactly what stays the same.
Your service keeps working
Your account, your pet profiles and your tags will keep working exactly as they do today. There's no shut-off date, and there's nothing you need to do.
Your tags stay supported
While your membership is active, we'll keep supporting your tags. If one is ever damaged or stops working, we'll replace it, just as we always have.

Petcode started with a simple idea: keeping pets safe, one tag at a time. Thanks to you, thousands of pets have carried a little extra protection wherever they go.
We won't be growing the product or taking on new customers, but we're still fully committed to every member who has trusted us with their pet's safety. Your Petcode keeps doing its job, and we'll be right here whenever you need us.
